About the title
Lisa lives in a "premium class" world: her days flow by in the minimalism of colorless interiors and a detached restraint of feeling; in the country house she shares with her husband there are no children, but there are elegant greyhounds. Yet the cold calm so characteristic of Lisa is being methodically undermined by a shameful secret from her past — a secret that is gradually turning the woman's life into an irreversible nightmare.
