About the title
Arsen from the seaside town of Dagomys had dreamed since childhood of becoming a plastic surgeon. His dream nearly came true — he got a job at a Moscow plastic surgery clinic… as an administrator. Arsen had no medical education, but he was good at making money, passing off Chinese implants as Swiss ones or selling patients a spot in the queue. Everything was going smoothly for him, until a show-business star's "fresh tune-up" exploded right on board an airplane! Along with the fake implants, Arsen's career shattered into pieces — he is forced to flee Moscow for his native Sochi. Where, he is sure, his rich experience will let him open his own clinic and make this world a better place! Or, at least, a bigger one…
