About the title
Serge is the doctor unlucky enough to be on duty on Christmas Eve. On top of that, his back has gone out. To avoid leaving patients without medical care — and to avoid getting fired — Serge convinces a pizza delivery guy to pose as a doctor and make his house calls for him.
