About the title
Chik, a 13-year-old mischief-maker and dreamer, lives an ordinary life as a Soviet schoolboy in the sunny town of Mukhus, Abkhazia. His father's sudden arrest forces the boy to grow up faster, but the hard experience will not change his life-loving character. And his heightened sense of justice will become the basis for his sometimes dangerous, but always comical, adventures.
