About the series
At the center of the story are four modern-day housewives living in a quiet suburb, desperately searching for personal happiness. Susan is left alone after her husband trades her in for his secretary. A former model turned unfaithful wife, Gabrielle married for money, only to realize she needs real love rather than wealth, and starts an affair with a young gardener.
