About the title
The City of Masters is not on any map, but its fame spreads throughout the surrounding area. Once a year, on Christmas Eve, guests flock here in anticipation of miracles. One will receive an unimaginable gingerbread cookie, another a magic song. But one young lady has a trickier wish — she urgently needs a real family. Otherwise the relentless bloodhounds on her trail will return her to Aunt Zlavred's School for Naughty Girls.
