About the title
The maximum-security "Sproul" penal colony is slipping out of the control of the despotic corporation Weyland International. The prison's de facto ruler has become the local convict king Frankenstein, who proves his power through victories in deadly races. Weyland agent Connor infiltrates the prison to overthrow Frankenstein by beating him in the most brutal races in the world.
