About the title
After seven years in prison, Billy Walker is finally released. At home he learns that his mother is terminally ill. Doctors say she has very little time left, and finding a donor in such a short time will be difficult. Billy decides to take matters into his own hands and is ready to do anything to save his mother. But for a former convict, there is only one way to get money fast.
