About the title
Tara has loved photography since childhood, but at one point that passion became the indirect cause of her brother's death. Since then, she hasn't spoken to her parents and has spent the past 10 years living alone, trying — without much success — to build a career as a vlogger and a personal life. When Tara's boyfriend leaves her and she sinks into depression over her string of failures, her best friend Amy invites her to her parents' lake house to clear her head. There the girls happen to meet a handsome traveler named Lucas, and the weekend promises to be languid — but her time with him suddenly sets off a rift between the two friends, unleashing the demons of the past.
