About the title
The film takes place in the world's most secretive maximum-security prison. It holds only the most dangerous criminals, hardened thugs who pose a threat to society and to other inmates. The atmosphere in the prison grows tense and explosive as tension mounts between inmates and guards, escalating into riot and anarchy.
