About the title
The story centers on Nels Coxman (Liam Neeson), a snowplow driver who clears the roads of a small town in Colorado, for which he was even named Man of the Year. However, the quiet, orderly life of the hero and his wife (Laura Dern) comes to an end when their son is killed by gangsters from a local drug cartel. Soon, the vengeance-seeking snowplow driver turns into a tough and terrifying enemy of the underworld whose face no one knows. And while Nels ruthlessly mows down drug-dealing gangsters row by row, the mobsters unleash a war between rival clans, as they suspect one another.
