About the title
A group of radical eco-activists takes 300 hostages at a lavish party in a skyscraper in order to expose the corrupt leadership of an energy company. Among the gang's ranks is a genuine madman who plans to kill the hostages as a manifesto of anarchy. Only a fragile young woman who happens to be outside the skyscraper - a former special forces operative, now a simple window washer - can save the people from death.
