About the title
Carl Casper is no longer young, and behind him lies a huge family legacy and experience as a cook. But growing a year older brings health problems — nothing serious, but they still affect Carl's temperament and composure. After a cooking incident, he is fired from the only job he went to every day with enthusiasm. This dismissal affects his wellbeing, not only because of the job, but also because of the restaurant itself, considered the best in Los Angeles. Relations in the family fall apart, his wife wants to leave and take the children, and then he realizes he needs to take radical measures to set things right. To do this, he takes out a bank loan, buys a couple of small vans, and starts his own business on wheels, cooking food in them to sell.
