About the title
Tessa, a young artist and rather eccentric character, runs away from home, where her mother nearly married her off, and moves to Kochi. While tidying up the apartment that still holds the belongings of the previous tenant, Tessa accidentally finds a sketchbook full of his drawings. These drawings tell a rather whimsical story that breaks off at the most interesting point. Trying to find out how it continues, the girl sets off in search of the mysterious stranger.
