About the title
Ana gets a job as a maid at a villa where a wealthy family is enjoying a luxurious vacation. She sees and hears everything, but keeps quiet and stays out of sight, hoping that in gratitude her employers will help her with her papers. But the more Ana works, the more her employers — and especially their spoiled children, who are her own age — allow themselves to get away with. When the girl realizes no one intends to keep their promises, Ana takes matters into her own hands — after all, she has a few aces up her sleeve, and it's time for her to set the terms.
