About the series
A two-part film epic. The first film, "Aggression," shown in two parts, depicts events that took place in Europe and on Soviet territory on the eve of and at the start of World War II. This fascinating film is utterly gripping to watch - one of the most spectacular war films in Mosfilm's history. The second film covers events from the moment the Nazi high command began planning the operation to capture Moscow, through to the main battles of this great struggle.
