About the title
Blue and Josh decide to travel together to New York so Josh can audition for a role in the Broadway musical Rainbow Puppy. However, once in the city, Josh realizes he's left his notebook at home, and without it he has no idea where to go or how to get back. Fortunately, loyal friends set out to help him — Mr. Salt, Mailbox, Tickety Tock, and Slippery Soap. The team decides to track down Steve, the very first host of Blue's Clues, who happens to live in New York and can help them find Josh and Blue.
