About the title
Nadja and her eight-year-old son fly to the United States, where she has been promised innovative treatment for a mysterious illness that forces her to constantly inject herself with medication. But when a group of terrorists hijacks the plane and changes its course, Nadja has no choice but to unleash her true nature and show the attackers what an enraged mother is capable of.
