About the title
A biopic about the life of Norma Jeane Baker, who became the most famous blonde in Hollywood history, Marilyn Monroe. To get there, she had to travel a hard road — from an ordinary girl raised by a mentally ill mother to sex-symbol status earned through pain and a broken psyche. Based on the novel of the same name by Joyce Carol Oates.
