About the title
In search of inspiration, novelist Charles Condomine, going through a deep creative crisis, decides to hold a séance, for which he invites the famous medium Madame Arcati into his home. He had no idea that she would summon from the afterlife the restless spirit of his deceased and extremely jealous wife, who begins tormenting his new wife and trying to win back the love of her former husband. A rather original love triangle emerges.
