About the title
During a level-4 storm, Drug Enforcement Administration officers are transporting an important witness in a Colombian drug cartel case, along with his daughter, when they come under attack by sicarios. To survive, they're forced to take shelter in the nearest suitable building, which turns out to be a nursing home run by the fearless Taylor.
