About the title
A call comes into emergency dispatch reporting a hostage situation. An ordinary "white cop," Will Bishop, responds to the call, not yet suspecting that he will shoot a Black man on the job and that this call will split his life into before and after. So what is it really — a tragedy, or a setup?
