About the series
"Black Mirror" is an anthology series by British writer and satirist Charlie Brooker. Each episode of the show sharply mocks the modern way of life with all its "prosperity" and "well-being." The episodes are connected only by a common theme — a near-future world in which advanced technology weighs heavily on both the individual and society. To make the viewing experience more impactful, the creators filmed in different genres — political thriller, post-apocalyptic drama, horror, dystopia, science-fiction melodrama. And this approach fully pays off.
