Every successful businessman knows that well-chosen staff is the main source of profit. Zhomart is an ordinary businessman who owns a hotel, and his business is about to get a fresh start - a major investor has taken interest in his project. But at the most critical moment, just when the hotel needs to be readied for the presentation, all the staff quit! Yet as they say, while man may be a wolf to man elsewhere, in Kazakhstan man is family to man. Gathering all his numerous relatives from the village, Zhomart sets out to save his hotel.
