About the title
FBI agent Malcolm Turner decides to retire in order to spend more time with his pregnant wife, but learns that his former partner has been killed — allegedly by one of the men working for businessman Tom Fuller, whom the FBI suspects of manufacturing a virus for terrorists. Malcolm decides to finish his colleague's case, putting on the "Big Momma" disguise once again and getting a job as a nanny in Fuller's household.
