About the title
The country is shaken by a series of murders committed by a killer known as Haechi. Yet not everyone condemns the vigilante, since his victims themselves had committed terrible crimes. Public opinion suddenly begins to lean in sympathy toward the people's avenger, which greatly hampers the official police investigation. The case is led by Detective Seo Do-cheol, who, unlike the media, believes there is no such thing as a “good murder.” But things take a more dangerous turn when Seo Do-cheol brings a talented rookie onto his team.
