About the title
Every Christmas, Jackie creates a newsletter recording her personal achievements from the past twelve months and sends it to her friends. Charlotte isn't entirely happy with her own life and wants nothing to do with the holiday letter from her longtime college friend. When an unpredictable twist of fate lands Charlotte and her family at Jackie's house, the insecure woman seizes the unexpected chance to prove that her university friend's life is far from perfect.
