About the title
A mysterious anomaly occurs off the coast of Cuba – a huge waterspout is sucking up water, draining the ocean. By decision of the Soviet command, Belka and Strelka are sent to the island of the fraternal peoples on a reconnaissance mission. Colorful Cuba, the azure surface of the ocean, and an underwater world shrouded in mystery await the heroes. The four-legged explorers and their team face dangerous adventures that will not only lead them to solve the Cuban anomaly, but also test their friendship.
