About the title
Barry B. Benson is a bee who has just graduated from college and is quite disappointed with his future career, since the only option open to him is collecting honey. Setting off wherever his eyes lead him, Barry gets into trouble, out of which he's rescued by Vanessa, a New York florist. Barry immediately falls in love with his rescuer and moves to live closer to her. It's in New York that he learns that the honey bees work so hard to produce is eaten by humans. And Barry decides to sue humanity.
