About the series
The life story of Hayreddin Hızır Barbarossa — Ottoman corsair, admiral, and statesman. The story of the future conqueror begins from the very start. No one believed that a potter's son would become a hero, but together with his brothers — Ishak, Oruç, and İlyas, who gave him the nickname Barbarossa — Hızır prepared for great deeds. The brothers sailed the seas together, built a life aboard ship, and sought adventure. They also befriended the ruler of Tunis and built a pirate base. Sailors of the Mediterranean feared nothing but the name of the fearless pirate, while he himself knew no fear.
