About the title
In the near future, something happens. Communication is lost with most of the world's populated areas. Astronauts report from orbit that they see a small spot in Eastern Europe from above, shaped like a circle. What the military finds beyond the edge of this circle is shocking. In shops, in cars, on the roads, in hospital and railway station buildings — everywhere are traces of collisions. Who or what is destroying all living things? And how long will the last outpost of humanity hold out?
