About the title
A hapless father, who barely manages to handle his own son, is entrusted with taking a group of unruly kids to summer camp — kids who are determined to shake off adult supervision and cause complete mayhem. A "grandpa of loose morals" volunteers to help him, and together they manage to get all the kids onto the train car but fail to board it themselves. To stop the out-of-control gang of kids from wrecking the train and to save their own reputations, the two hapless would-be guardians set off in pursuit.
