About the title
In a suburb of Dakar, located on the Atlantic coast, a high-rise tower is about to open. The construction workers haven't been paid for months, so one night they decide to leave the country in search of a brighter future. Among them is Suleiman, who is loved by a girl named Ada. At her relatives' insistence, she is soon to marry another man.
