About the title
The story of the first Moon landing in the summer of 1969, told from two perspectives — as a moment of triumph seen through the eyes of an astronaut and mission control, and as an event seen through the eyes of a child in Texas who dreams of space. The animated film Apollo 10½: A Space Age Adventure is inspired by the personal story of writer-director Richard Linklater.
