About the title
Ellen and Paul have happily spent a quarter of a century together, raised their son Josh, and grown used to treating each other with respect and trust. At the celebration of the couple's silver wedding anniversary, their son brings a new girlfriend, Liz. The meeting gives university professor Ellen an uneasy feeling. She then recalls that Liz was once her student and was known as a member of the radical movement 'Change'. Ellen tries to influence her son, but Josh, smitten with Liz, won't listen to his mother. Tension between the family members gradually grows, and their differing worldviews become an insurmountable obstacle to peace and calm.
