About the title
In the midst of societal collapse, Greg and Helen Taylor are forced to protect their family from the anarchy engulfing the whole world. Their last refuge is a neighbor's basement. The Taylors' fate now rests in the hands of the head of the neighboring family, an experienced survivalist who tolerates other people only as long as they're useful to him. Supplies are running short, and amid mounting tension, it's unclear who can still be trusted.
