About the series
Two police officers - Katya and her partner Kukharenko - find a strange man with a burlap sack over his head at a bus stop. His name is Roma Aksentyev. Before this he spent six months in a hospital, but the man, who is over 30, remembers absolutely nothing: where he lives, where his relatives are, what happened before the hospital. Aksentyev has a gift: as soon as he touches a man's or woman's hands, he sees their past or future. Such psychic abilities may come in handy for the police, especially since a mysterious serial killer nicknamed Vodyanoy (the Water Spirit) has just appeared in the provincial town. He drowns his victims in bodies of water. This mystical detective story will reveal the secrets of Aksentyev's gift and his past, while the psychic himself will help Katya and her partner solve more than one tangled case.
