About the title
Bakhytzhan Abdullayev — a former "sword" of the three Zhuzes — after a series of high-profile crimes in his past and the loss of loved ones, abandons the criminal path. Withdrawing to the mountains, he lives as a hermit. However, news of the brutal murder of his own nephew disrupts his peace and idyll. Bakha learns that the culprit is Saken — son of local oligarch Sansyzbay, a dangerous and influential man to whom the law does not apply. Bakha decides to go on the warpath against the most powerful and influential clans of the three Zhuzes. He is ready to do anything to restore justice — perhaps even pay with his own life.
