About the title
The film's protagonist, Murthy, is held in great respect by the residents of his hometown of Vijayawada. Murthy doesn't get along very well with his son Shiva, who is always idling about and refuses to work. Shiva constantly gets into trouble, upsetting his family and loved ones.
