About the title
A largely autobiographical film about Pat Johnson, a young movie geek stuck in a tiny town in Illinois in the late '70s. It's the story of how Pat tried to get to see "Star Wars" on its opening day, and the obstacles that stood in his way. Some of the events depicted in the film are true. The rest are even truer.
