About the title
Many archaeologists dream of solving some mystery hidden in ancient, enigmatic caves. Jia and her younger brother Luke were orphaned in early childhood. Their parents died in a terrible plane crash, but their bodies were never found. Many years later, Luke, who now runs his late parents' company, falls into a cave. A rescue expedition is sent to search for him, and Jia is among its members. They arrive in the desert, but a sandstorm prevents them from beginning the search right away. When the weather calms, they continue their mission. Soon they find several animal corpses that turn out to be completely hollow inside. Some time later a powerful explosion caused by gas rings out, after which the group is forced to shut themselves inside an unfamiliar house, where someone is already present...
