About the title
A group of young people sets out into the Mediterranean Sea to save the lives of refugees — and the mission puts their beliefs about law and justice to the test. A group of volunteers heads into the Mediterranean, determined to search for boats carrying refugees and rescue people on the brink of death. They are convinced that a human life should not depend on borders or bureaucracy. But their first mission turns out to be a real trial. Orders come in from the authorities, harsh laws are in force, and decisions must be made in seconds. Each of the volunteers begins to doubt what they once believed. With every mile traveled from shore, it becomes harder to tell right from wrong. Are they willing to break the law to save someone's life?
