About the title
Emil and Oleg, arriving in New York on criminal business, steal a video camera and start filming their criminal exploits. Very soon they move from petty crimes to murders that are shocking in their brutality. Wanting to show off their "achievements" to as many viewers as possible, they sell the footage to television. The show that dares to air it instantly becomes the highest-rated program, turning our heroes into new screen stars. But the police watch television too, and they wouldn't mind becoming famous across America by gunning down the killers live on air...
